Job summary

Zutat Feed Solutions in Forrest, IL seeks a Senior Field Service Technician to own operation, commissioning, and field support of electrical systems on customer sites. You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and motor controls, perform safe repairs, and document changes for our industrial equipment.

You respond to emergencies, provide remote and onsite support, coordinates with the Enable millwright team, and uphold safety and quality while communicating clearly with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing PLC, HMI, sensor, network, and motor-control problems.
• Ability to read schematics and use testing tools.
• Proven track record performing safe electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical field service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose PLC, HMI, sensor, network, and motor-control problems; modify and document PLC programs.
• Provide field service and emergency response including on-call duties.
• Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical service and basic fabrication safely.
• Maintain parts and inventory on the service truck; collaborate with Enable millwright team.
