Job summary

Enable is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to own the operation, commissioning, and field support of electrical systems. The role requires troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, and mechanics, with on-site and remote customer communication.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain documentation while traveling occasionally and working a 40–45 hour week on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Able to read schematics and diagnose electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose PLC, HMI, sensor, network, and motor-control problems.
• Provide field service and emergency response (on-call).
• Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical service; read schematics and use appropriate tools.
• Maintain parts and inventory on the service truck.
• Follow safety procedures and document work.
• Travel as needed for site service and customer support.
