Job summary

Xylem is hiring an Expert Field Service Technician to perform on-site service activities, troubleshoot systems, and transport equipment safely to customer sites in Indianapolis, IN. The role requires DOT compliance, ability to obtain a CDL, and a clean driving record.

You will interface with customers directly and may work across multiple systems and locations as part of a dynamic field team. Xylem offers competitive benefits and a focus on solving water challenges.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical field experience in industrial or commercial process environments.
• Must have HS diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain CDL Class A or B with endorsements.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (TWIC, DISA) and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle and transport materials between sites.
• Initiate and perform field service activities at customer locations with proactive troubleshooting.
• Interface directly with customers and may handle work across multiple systems/locations.
