Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service at customer sites in Indianapolis, transporting materials and troubleshooting systems. You will interface with customers and operate in a DOT-regulated environment.

Requirements include HS diploma, ability to obtain a CDL (A or B) with endorsements, DOT medical card, and 2–5 years of technical experience in process water. Generous benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent, & capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc); Ability to obtain DOT Medical card, Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a DOT regulated vehicle and transporting materials/equipment.
• Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner; proactive system troubleshooting and addressing safety issues.
• Direct interfacing with customer; may work across multiple systems/locations/customers.
