Job summary

The Senior Field Service Technician at P&G Professional will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain chemical dispensing equipment for commercial foodservice and laundry operations in the Nashville area. This field-based role requires independent work, customer focus and strong problem-solving to drive reliability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Work schedule typically five eight-hour days, with possible 12-hour shifts and some weekends.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push/pull heavy objects.
• Climb stairs and ladders; work in warehouse conditions.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment on site.
• Enter data using a computer keyboard and access data on systems.
