The role is field-based, independent, and focused on delivering exceptional service for customer retention.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems with troubleshooting ability.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and related machinery.
• Work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule with potential 12-hour shifts, weekends, or night shifts.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time to accounts in city, rural, and expressway conditions.
