Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment at customer sites in the Oklahoma City area. This field-based, non-sales role emphasizes reliable service and customer satisfaction. Travel about 30% and a strong safety mindset are expected.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis.
• Proficient with laptop and phone tech including Salesforce, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Work schedule is 5 days a week / 8 hours per day; may include 12-hour shifts, weekends, and night shifts.
• Lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Climb a vertical ladder and stairs as needed for installation/maintenance.
• Operate a computer and phone to input data and access systems.
