Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment for commercial foodservice and laundry operations. This field-based role operates independently to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems with the ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis.
• Moderate working knowledge of tools, data, implements and service needs.
• Proficient in laptop and cell phone technology including Salesforce, Word and Excel.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work schedule is a 5 day work week / 8 hours per day with potential 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and night shifts.
• Lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and stairs; navigate uneven surfaces.
• Stand, sit, and walk for long periods; install and maintain equipment.
• Operate a computer and phone for data entry and communication.
• Travel ~30% of the day to accounts in city, rural and expressway conditions.
• Work onsite at customer locations in accordance with safety requirements.
