Job summary

P&G Professional, the commercial division of Procter & Gamble, seeks a Senior Field Service Technician for field-based work. You will install, troubleshoot and maintain chemical dispensing equipment, delivering exceptional service to foodservice and hospitality accounts.

Travel up to 30% and occasional night shifts may be required. A valid driver's license, basic electronics/maintenance skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Word, and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems with ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis.
• Moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements and service needs.
• Proficient in laptop and cell phone technology including Salesforce, Word and Excel.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and related systems.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Work a 5-day schedule with potential 12-hour shifts, weekends, and night coverage.
