Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking an experienced field service technician to test and maintain electrical power systems across Tennessee and the Southeast.

You will perform high- and low-voltage testing, document results, mentor junior technicians, and support outages and emergencies. A valid NETA certification and 2–5+ years of field testing experience are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• NETA Level II/III/IV certification.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
