Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks an experienced field technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays, and cable across Tennessee and the Southeast.

You will perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, document results, and commission new equipment while supporting outages and emergencies. You will also mentor Level I/II technicians on site, with travel up to 50% and a company truck provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold NETA Level II/III/IV certification.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Demonstrated safety habits including LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Job description

This field role is for an experienced tech testing and maintaining electrical power systems for customers across Tennessee and the Southeast.

What you'll do

• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay & benefits:

$40–$70/hr plus overtime and per diem. Company truck, full benefits and 401(k) match.
