Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks an experienced field technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV, and HV switchgear across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will perform NETA acceptance testing, document results, and commission new equipment while supporting outages and emergencies.

The role includes mentoring Level I/II technicians on site, adhering to safety standards such as LOTO and NFPA 70E, and traveling up to 50% with a company truck and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II/III/IV certification required.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What you'll do
