Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced field service technician to test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable for customers across Tennessee and the Southeast.

You will perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, commission new equipment, support outages and emergencies, and lead on-site techs. Travel up to 50% is required; a company truck, full benefits and 401(k) match are provided.

Qualifications

• NETA certification required at levels II/III/IV.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Strong safety habits: LOTO and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and valid driver's license.

Job description

This field role is for an experienced tech testing and maintaining electrical power systems for customers across Tennessee and the Southeast.

What you'll do

• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.

What you bring

• NETA Level II, III or IV certification.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay & benefits:

$40–$70/hr plus overtime and per diem. Company truck, full benefits and 401(k) match.
