Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced field tester to service electrical power systems across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV, and HV gear, perform NETA acceptance testing, and document results to support outages and emergencies.

You will lead Level I/II techs on site, maintain strong safety habits (LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E), and travel up to 50% with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.

Pay & benefits:

$40–$70/hr plus overtime and per diem. Company truck, full benefits and 401(k) match.
