Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing John Deere equipment.
• Experience with field service diagnostics and repairs.
• Adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment in-field or on-site.
• Travel to customer locations in a mobile service vehicle.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and service documentation.
• Mentor Service Technicians and Apprentices.
• Ensure timely and accurate submittal of work orders and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Stay updated on John Deere products and competitive offerings.
