Ag-Pro Companies is seeking a skilled technician to perform in-field diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment in Findlay, Ohio. This role requires strong work ethic, effective communication, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of service repair experience, proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and be capable of documenting work accurately. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, while CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing service repairs, preferred.

• Maintain inventory of parts on the service vehicle.
• Document diagnostics and repairs accurately on work orders.
