Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts on the service vehicle.
• Mentor Service Technician and Apprentice Technicians.
• Document diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Skills

Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing

Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly

Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge

Experience with special tools and equipment

Experience using Service ADVISOR

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Associate's degree
