Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) Maui, HI location is seeking a Field Service Technician III to perform advanced diagnostics, lead complex service projects, and mentor junior technicians. Master-level expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is required for on-site and remote support.

Role includes travel up to 70%, hands-on repair, training external customers, and contributing to quality improvements within service and warranty operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant service/repair experience in manufacturing, automotive, or equipment-based environment.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to obtain a commercial license.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Lead complex service or repair projects with minimal supervision.
• Calibrate, repair, and maintain critical system components and safety equipment.
• Mentor and train junior service technicians (Service I & II).
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Complete and review service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, or OEM partners to resolve service issues.
• Travel approximately 70% of the time.
