Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at the Market Center and at customer sites. You will install equipment, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and take corrective action to get systems back in service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Repairing small electrical appliances.
• Learn to connect equipment to water sources and drainage when necessary.
• Learn to work with copper, braided, and PEX lines; typically developed with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Calls on customers to investigate operating difficulties of equipment.
• Diagnoses problems and determines causes and corrective actions.
• Repairs or adjusts equipment to restore operation.
• Cleans and maintains equipment on location, exchanges decanters, and cleans brewers.
• Documents closing calls, invoices, asset verification, and customer paperwork.
• Repairs and refurbishes equipment in the Market Center; maintains spare parts.
