Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at profit centers or customer locations. Responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues while assisting customers with questions or concerns about equipment.

The role emphasizes safe operation, timely service, and accurate documentation of work performed, with a focus on maintaining equipment readiness and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add lines and drainage when vital.
• Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines.
• English reading/writing required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties of equipment and diagnose causes.
• Repair or adjust equipment to restore working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location and exchange decanters.
• Document closing calls, invoices, asset verification, and customer documentation.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately record completed work in the company mobile device.
• Maintain good relations with customers to present a positive company image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service, including emergency calls and installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe service area and vehicle; follow safety policies.
• Complete weekly Driver Report per Fleet Manual.
