Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of automotive repair experience with bumper‑to‑bumper diagnostics.
- 3–8+ years of hands‑on experience working on High Voltage (HV) systems and HV diagnostics.
- Leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., Shop Foreman, Team Lead).
- Background in continuous improvement, process standardization, and escalation management.
Responsibilities
- Perform bumper‑to‑bumper diagnostics and complex repairs in service centers and field locations.
- Provide high‑level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting.
- Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross‑functional partners.
