Job summary
WMH Solutions is seeking a Senior Forklift Technician / Field Service Mechanic to join our service team in Jackson, MS. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and material handling equipment in the field, with a take-home service van, travel benefits, and OEM training.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in forklift/field service or similar technician role.
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Experience reading schematics and service manuals; strong customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced equipment in the field.
- Maintain and support forklifts and related machinery across territory.
- Document service activity and communicate with customers and leadership.
- Mentor junior technicians when needed.
- Ensure safety and compliance on all service calls.
