Qualifications

• 5+ years in forklift or field service tech roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
• Document service activity and repair details.
• Mentor junior technicians when needed.
• Work independently within territory.
