What You'll Do

As a Senior Field Service Technician, you'll be trusted to diagnose, repair, maintain, and support a wide range of material handling and industrial equipment throughout your assigned territory.

You'll work directly with customers, solve complex mechanical challenges, and play a critical role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
Repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and powertrain systems
Complete preventative maintenance inspections
Conduct safety inspections and equipment evaluations
Document service activity and repair recommendations
Communicate directly with customers regarding equipment condition and repair solutions
Manage service calls efficiently within assigned territory
Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
Maintain exceptional customer service and professionalism

5+ years of experience as a Forklift Technician, Field Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Equipment Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Technician
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drivetrains, and industrial equipment
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in industrial environments
