Job summary

Elovate, a Modaxo company, is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to ensure reliability and performance of program equipment and fleet assets. You will lead preventative maintenance, coordinate deployments, and train new technicians while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include managing certifications, reducing downtime, and coordinating with field teams across multiple locations. Strong electrical/mechanical skills and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience required or relevant education.
• Ability to install equipment, diagnose problems, and perform complex repairs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as tools associated with repair.
• Must have Low Voltage and Inventory Management experience.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to adhere to a tight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Lead deployments and field service activities to ensure on-time execution.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on procedures and safety.
• Maintain certification records and keep equipment documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with vendors and field teams to coordinate parts and services.
