Accelera is seeking a Field Service Mechanic to sustain a high-performance fleet, diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics and wiring systems using advanced diagnostic software and hands-on expertise.

You will work in the field to minimize downtime, maintain service records, stock your mobile unit, coordinate with logistics, and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, diesel engines, or aerial lift systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform diagnostics independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy machinery, aerial lifts, and diesel-powered systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Utilize digital diagnostic tools and schematics to pinpoint faults and perform precise mechanical interventions.
• Maintain detailed service records and work orders in fleet management software to ensure accurate maintenance tracking.
• Ensure the mobile service unit is fully stocked and organized for efficient field support.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate transport of equipment and repair components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff to foster team growth.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, diesel engines, or aerial lift systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform diagnostics independently.
• Possession of a personal set of professional-grade tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of a formal trade school program or relevant OEM-specific certifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and workplace compliance.
• Experience managing repairs across a diverse range of equipment manufacturers.
