Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a skilled Service Technician to service and repair Caterpillar equipment in a safe, efficient manner at our Florida location. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, disassemble and reassemble components per manufacturer specs, and document repairs with appropriate software.

You will complete required training, maintain essential tools, monitor job costs against estimates, and collaborate with teammates to improve safety and quality while

Qualifications

• Must follow safety, environmental and contamination control policies and wear PPE.
• Completes required technician training classes.
• Maintains tools to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnoses and repairs customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Maintains neat work area and continually seeks safety/efficiency improvements.
• Records repairs and timing accurately using the appropriate software.
• Monitors expenses vs estimates and flags cost overruns with supervisor.
• Shows initiative, supports the team, and mentors others when needed.
