Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment across Florida. You will safely use tools to disassemble and reassemble components, while following environmental and contamination control policies.

You will document repairs, monitor costs, and mentor others in the department. Required are a High School diploma or GED, 5-6 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license; completion of training to be designated Service Field Tech I is

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5-6 years experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successfully completed required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech I.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs on customer or company-owned equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
• Disassemble/assemble components to manufacturer specs.
• Maintain tools and diagnostic capabilities.
• Document repairs and repair times using prescribed software.
• Monitor job expenses vs estimates; flag overruns before completion.
• Mentor teammates and, if needed, assume supervisor duties temporarily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
