Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative in the Charlotte, NC area. The role involves supporting customers during the full power system lifecycle, from startup to emergencies, with a company car and a guaranteed 40-hour work week.

You will lead small projects, mentor technicians, and generate detailed service reports while collaborating with customers and partners. The position requires strong electrical knowledge and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 3+ years in testing/troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR; travel as needed.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and within DOT-related rules.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and emergencies.
• Lead small projects and mentor technicians on larger jobs.
• Prepare timely service reports on work performed and product performance.
• Recommend improvements for electrical systems and safety.
