Job summary

Rockford Combustion is seeking a skilled field service technician to diagnose burner control and electrical issues, perform startup and commissioning of new equipment, and effectively communicate with client plant personnel.

The role includes maintaining field service reports, identifying upgrade opportunities, and providing training support as needed. Onsite training is provided, with remote/home office flexibility and regular travel to client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing burner control and electrical issues.
• Ability to perform point-to-point checkout, startup and commissioning of new equipment.
• Experience communicating with client’s plant personnel in a field setting.
