Job summary

Thermal Specialties seeks a Field Service Combustion Technician in Tulsa to join the Construction Services division. You will safely install, service, and optimize combustion systems, collaborating with engineering and estimators to support project bids and budgets.

The role requires troubleshooting, customer-facing communication, and the ability to work about half the time traveling (in and out of state). A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with strong safety and maintenance

Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in control and combustion systems.
• Ability to work closely with engineering to assist in bidding/design/improvement.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify workable solutions.
• Interface with customers to provide solutions and positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and enforce safety requirements throughout the organization.
• Meet or exceed customer requirements; provide feedback for improvements.
• Provide feedback on goals and ensure proper invoicing for additional work.
• Provide preventative maintenance to meet heat treat quality system requirements.
• Make sales calls to maintain relationships with key accounts.
