The successful candidate will have post-secondary technical education and 10+ years of experience in injection molding equipment maintenance, strong system knowledge, and excellent communication to maintain customer relationships.

Formación

• Post-secondary education in technical or engineering related studies.
• 10+ years of injection molding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot control systems including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and programmable controls.
• Calibrate machines to achieve optimum performance and setup/maintain machines.
• Provide system setup and startup support for Husky equipment.
• Develop organized methods to diagnose machine problems using manuals and drawings.
• Repair or replace components on machines, robots, and molds.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure effective service.
• Instruct service technicians and customer operators on maintenance and safe operation.
• Communicate with Call Center/SIF/Spare Parts to resolve field issues.
• Provide regular written reports to Service Team Leader.
• Arrange return of parts to Spare Parts Center.
• Perform tasks assigned by team leader.
