Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver field service on combustion systems and equipment, evaluating, testing, and maintaining complex technology at customer locations. Expect 70–80% travel and remote work from the Cleveland, OH area.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and play a key role in ensuring timely issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement across customer sites and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 70%–80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
