Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service and support for combustion systems.

You will evaluate, test, and maintain equipment at customer sites, with substantial travel and remote work from our Cleveland, OH location. You will report to the Field Service Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, document activities, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• After proper Honeywell-specific training, you will be expected to perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
