Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must obtain FMCSA Driver Qualification File (DQF).
• Own a sufficient selection of hand and air/electric tools for most repairs.
• Ability to operate a fully equipped service truck and multiple vehicle types.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet maintenance and repairs at customer job sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on field equipment and trucks.
• Produce detailed service reports and repair logs.
• Follow field procedures, safety requirements, and scope of work.
• Serve as primary customer contact onsite and coordinate field service activities.
