Qualifications

• Five plus years’ field service experience in the compressed air industry.
• Proven leadership experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a market strategy with the Service Operations Manager aimed at account retention and services growth in the region.
• Provide reliable 24-hour emergency service support for the customer base.
• Identify and recruit service technician candidates with HR to enhance the team.
• Assess performance and ensure training and certification of all service personnel.
