Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power in Livermore, CA, seeks an Advanced Technician to provide field service, maintenance, and installation support for Sullair and related rotary products. You will train other technicians, troubleshoot field issues, and generate detailed service reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

4-6 years of air compressor commissioning and maintenance experience.
Experience with multiple brands of rotary screw and oil free compressors and accessories.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and understand schematics.
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Performs service on all compressed air products, except centrifugal technology.
Trains other technicians on rotary products and accessories.
Travels to field sites for troubleshooting and service of Sullair and competitive rotary products.
Submit expense reports, prepare service reports, and manage timecards.
On-call for after-hours customer support.
