Enerflex Ltd. in Wyoming seeks a Sr. Field Service Technician to maintain gas compression packages in the field.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and commission equipment, working with both gas-fired and electric-driven compressors in customer facilities. This role requires leading and training junior technicians, providing accurate field reports, and coordinating with customers to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years applicable experience in field service for gas compression equipment.
• Proof of CAT/Waukesha certifications (or equivalent) required.
• Must stay current on updated OEM model specific training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and commission gas compressor packages in the field.
• Lead and train junior technicians and provide field service leadership.
• Submit accurate field service reports, expense reports, and timesheets daily.
• Perform engine tuning and control panel work to OEM standards.
