Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose complex issues.
• Travel up to 35% and ability to coordinate multiple field activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for control panels, PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and automation technologies.
• Serve as the technical escalation resource for complex customer and field support issues.
• Support startup, commissioning, diagnostics, and field issue resolution both remotely and on-site.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and support engineers; drive process improvements.
