Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for wireless communication systems.
• Provide technical training to end users tailored to customer needs.
• Document field observations to influence product development.
