Integrion Automation is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to lead and execute complex service, troubleshooting, retrofit, and commissioning activities for automated systems across a national customer base. You will mentor junior engineers, diagnose high-complexity issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires travel up to 75% and base locations in the US, with effective support across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• A.S. in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent; B.S. preferred.
• 5+ years in automation, or 8–10 years hands-on automation/field service experience.
• Advanced certifications in robotics, PLCs, safety, or motion control are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer sites, troubleshoot and repair automated systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues across electrical, mechanical, robotics, and controls.
• Lead complex service engagements and mentor Field Service Engineers.
• Provide on-site and remote support with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare BOMs and support panel builds, startup, FATs/SATs.
• Support onboarding and training of new service staff.
