Qualifications

• AS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering; BS preferred.
• 5 years of hands-on automation, controls, robotics, or field service.
• Experience leading complex service engagements.
• Advanced certifications in robotics or PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of automated systems on site.
• Travel to customer sites on short notice; support 75% travel.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in Field Service.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Purchasing, Assembly).
• Prepare service reports and documentation packages.
