Job summary

Corporate Technologies LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage complex client environments, lead escalations, and serve as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in system administration, networking, and servers, with a proactive approach to improving stability, performance, and security.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive IT experience.
Managed Services experience required.
Advanced system administration and networking experience.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Escalation point for complex technical issues.
Lead advanced troubleshooting of server, network, security, and infrastructure issues.
Manage and support client environments including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Design and maintain secure, scalable IT solutions.
Provide expert support for Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and AD.
Mentor Field Service Technicians and participate in client meetings.
