Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Field Service to join our Field Service Engineering team based in the Phoenix metro area.

This role will serve as a primary technical resource supporting customers across Arizona, California, and additional locations with extensive travel to the San Francisco Bay Area and Fremont, CA. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex semiconductor delivery systems on site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of field service, field engineering, equipment engineering, or related experience with semiconductor capital equipment or process delivery systems.
• Experience troubleshooting semiconductor equipment in customer manufacturing environments.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, qualify, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Entegris precursor delivery systems.
• Provide hands-on technical support for solid and liquid precursor delivery cabinets and related systems.
• Lead field investigations and support timely resolution of equipment, reliability, and process-related issues.
• Document field activities, troubleshooting results, corrective actions, and observations.
• Travel 80% or more to support customers and projects; on-call rotations as needed.
