Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the daily work schedule within assigned territory to ensure maintenance is completed on time.
• Verifies and approves operational quality of systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance on systems on schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
• Instructs customers in operation and maintenance of systems.
• Troubleshoots process-related problems with guidance from senior engineers.
• Projects a high level of customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Coordinates support plans with customer management.
• Participates in start-up and service contract activities.
• Provides technical assistance to junior staff.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of system performance and SPC practices.
