Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Hands-on engineering experience in semiconductor installation, maintenance or repair.
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM).
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule.
• On-site work in North Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from customers and diagnose issues.
• Provide on-site field service, maintenance and repair of products.
• Offer over-the-phone consultation when applicable.
• Respond to emergencies and schedule/perform repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and establish local maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
