Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 3 years.
• Experience with field service, installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, qualify, and support FormFactor probe card systems and related test interface products.
• Respond to service requests with onsite/remote support and deliver timely technical assistance.
• Lead onsite and remote troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality for improvements and service readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Field Service Engineers and staff.
