Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FormFactor probe cards or similar technologies is preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical assembly / electrical debug experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for probe card products in customer environments.
• Lead failure analysis and RCA using ATE data, electrical measurements, and microscopy results.
• Collaborate with product engineering, manufacturing, and field service to drive CAPA and product improvements.
• Deliver training and support for customers on probe card operation, maintenance, and best practices.
