Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Network / SATCOM Field Service Representative to perform installation, configuration, testing, and sustainment of C5ISR systems. The role requires hands-on DoD satellite communications experience and on-site support across CONUS/OCONUS locations.

You will operate Cisco devices, VSAT, and iDirect modems, with up to 50% travel, supporting SOCOM SDN terminals in a demanding operational environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret w/SCI.
• 12+ years hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems, with leadership in development, logistics support, or test & evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support, including Tier III repairs.
• Install, operate, and troubleshoot equipment; generate and manage work orders and shipping/return of CONUS/OCONUS gear.
• Conduct bench testing and apply corrective actions to equipment; assist R&D and system modifications.
• Serve as primary technician for SDN deployable nodes and provide weekly deliverables of customer support.

The Opportunity:

Qualified candidates must have experience in configuring Cisco device such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Cradle point (wireless routers). Experience operating and configuring Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). Have a working knowledge of the installation, configuration, operation, and maintaining iDirect modems. Must be capable of integration, fielding, installation, testing, and evaluation, maintenance, and Life Cycle Sustainment Management (LCSM) in Department of Defense (DoD) C5ISR systems, subsystems, and equipment.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) shall provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support 24 hours a day, 7days a week, 365 days a year for all Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Satellite Deployable Nodes (SDN) Family of Systems (FOS) via telephone, email and/or on-site support to maintain 24/7 deployable status. Field Support Representative (FSR) will provide technical support on all equipment and material under the SOCOM SDN program to all personnel supporting the SOCOM SDN Program. Provides 24/7 on-site and telephonic support for CONUS and OCONUS SDN Terminals.

Responsibilities:

Provides Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support which includes, but is not limited to, Tier III repairs to systems that are beyond the technical expertise of the organization’s level. Provides installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting for personnel.

On the Job Training (OJT), CERPs and equipment upgrade of systems. Generating and maintaining work orders and shipping /return of CONUS and OCONUS equipment requiring maintenance. Conducts bench testing of all components and apply appropriate action to correct, repair or replace said equipment. Assists in research and development efforts as requested and modification of new and existing systems. Primary technician for satellite deployable nodes which service associated with the SDN family of systems. Provide weekly and as needed, deliverables depicting support provided to the customers.

Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches, Specialized experience in the design, development, testing, analysis, operation or maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems Deployable Node. In addition, the candidate should have knowledge in the use and configuration of High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) devices, Broadband Global Access Networks (BGAN) and INMARSAT networks, and LAN/WAN topologies.

Responsible for participating in promoting, improving, maintaining and supporting all telecommunications services and/or systems.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Secret Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain Top Secret w/SCI clearance.Technical training in DoD C5ISR systems to include Satellite Communications Equipment or Networking Equipment
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems to include three (3) of the following four (4)areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Must be a recognized expert who has demonstrated leadership in C5ISR systems development, logistics support or test & evaluation.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $58,500 - $122,800
