Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide technical support for USSF SATCOM systems. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of complex hardware systems, along with providing instruction to military personnel as needed.

The candidate should possess CompTIA Security+ certification, be capable of overseas travel, and hold a U.S. Passport. This position is critical for supporting military operations and requires flexibility and teamwork.

The salary range for this position is between $84,900 and $178,400, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, repairing, troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Ability to travel OCONUS and perform physical actions necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for USSF SATCOM systems.
• Manage and control forward deployed system spares inventory.
• Conduct site surveys and system installations.

Skills

Troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues

Install and maintain SATCOM systems

CompTIA Security+ certification

Windows OS and Linux System Administration

Education

U.S. Passport with at least one year until expiration
